Please read these terms of service carefully before using the Le Pondy Beach Resort website operated by us.

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and written confirmation. A booking deposit may be required to guarantee the reservation. Taxes and complementary additions are listed per room profile.

2. Check-in and Check-out Policy

Standard Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Limitation of Liability

Le Pondy Beach Resort shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services offered on the platform.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puducherry.
